Repairs themselves were fine, though I had to call back a second time to ask for a courtesy shuttle before it came.Also, just odd i'd be quoted $35 to change the front right side marker light (which costs <$3 for the bulb itself), despite the fact that my right low beam bulb was already being changed and you get to both bulbs the same way.

We bought our Subaru Outback (first ever Subaru) from Subaru of Ontario, CA in 2011. We've had all of our service needs done at this facility and have been extremely satisfied, not only with quality of service and workmanship, but the overall exceptional customer service.

Had a memorable experience with Subaru of Ontario. Zhang Haiqian was easy to work with and made me feel important. I use to be a VW owner, but over the last year, I encountered multiple disappointments with their service and customer experience. VW did not make me feel like a valued customer. However, Subaru did which is why I am now a loyal Subaru owner. I will recommend Subaru to my friends and family!
