Very friendly and informative staff. Salesman didnt beat around the bush about pricing and working together with his manager and financier, i was able to purchase a new family car at a great price.

They are so busy that you can hardly get an appointment when you want, so I juggle between this place and two other local Subaru dealers to try and squeeze me in.

My last car was totalled by another driver and it put us in a bad spot. Even though the car had been paid off by insurance it hadn't cleared my credit yet. The team at SOO went above and beyond to help us out, even though we were first time customers to them. Diana Luce and her co-workers bent over backwards to get us into something that not only worked for us but that we really enjoy. My hat is off to them and I will definitely be returning.

MY husband and I had the best experience at Subaru of Ontario. We started off emailing with Alexis. We explained what we wanted and she had the perfect car for us! She took the time to find what we were looking for and gave us the best deal possible. Thank you Alexis for your extra efforts to ensure we got exactly what we wanted! When it came down to going in to purchase, we met up with Diana. Diana was the absolute best at helping us buy our family car! She was very knowledgeable and was up front and honest about everything. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. Mike in finance was great! he explained everything in detail for us to understand what we were signing and made it quick and easy. My husband and I are more than happy with our purchase and will recommend all of our friends and family to purchase a car here.
