I had a wonderful experience working with Vince & Aaaron of the internet sales team this past weekend. I received a quote via email and was able to hold the car until I could get to the dealership. When I arrived car was exactly as discussed (I have had past experiences with other dealerships on misquotes or quotes on nonexistent cars) So having everything go as discussed made the process so easy...no haggling and the team showed the utmost respect the entire time. The team even said they would continue to hold the car up for 3 days to allow us time to make our decision and think things over. It only took us a day and we were back to process all paperwork. Aaron even came in on his day off to help us finalize!Overall, really great experience and that comes from someone who hates car buying!!! We are very excited about our new cross trek an would definitely go back to this dealership. We actually will also be driving 45 mins out of our way to return for the oil changes and check ups!!!
