I had a 7 AM appointment for routine service and was met by Matt Baker, who took car history, wrote up a quote and told me that it would be a 45 minutes wait. I went to the comfortable waiting area to read my paper. 43 minutes later the same Matt Baker came to tell me that my car was done and walked me to the cashier. After paying I left to walk to my car and as I passed the service area Matt Baker appeared and showed me to my car. I call this PLATINUM service by Subaru of Ontario! Thank you Matt Baker!
I can't comment enough on how appreciative I was of Subaru. I did not have to pay a thing because what I had done was under warranty, but my 5 stars is entirely separate from that. I called first thing in the morning without an appointment, and Matt told me I could bring it right down! He was super attentitive to me when describing my issues and insisted he'd get a thorough look. In addition, he said it would take about two hours and it was just about 2 hours to the T when we called letting me know everything was ready. When going to pick it up, I discovered they washed my car as well, and didn't charge me for it, or even letting me know they did. Even though it is part of their job, there's some humility they all seemed to carry. Good job subaru!
