When I called for the appointment I was told about one hour. When i got there I was told 45 minutes. That was 8:25. My car was finally completed at 10:15. Nearly 2 hours. No explanation was given for the extended time.

I had an accident claim denied by my insurance company. Because I have my car regularly serviced, they had to pay the claim. It wouldn't have happened without Marvin's diligence. He is a true pro and is committed to his customers satisfaction. Thanks Marvin and Subaru of Ontario.

I just bought my car a few months ago and I needed to get my car serviced. I called Subaru of Ontario and was able to get an appointment the same day. Once there, there was a nice, comfortable lounge to wait in, the staff was friendly, and my car was done in less than an hour. A great experience.
