Matt is great in the service dept. He took car of my car fast and made sure I was taken care of the whole time I waited. I learned my lesson trying to service my car elsewhere... I'm definitely sticking with Matt and service in Ontario in the future.

They have such great customer service. I went really late on a Sunday just to browse around and was helped immediately. Not only did they help me past closing time, they helped me all the way until I was ready to sign some paperwork for my new Forester!

Walked in with no appointment to get my vehicle seviced. I was assisted right away and my vehicle was taken back for an oil change.The service took about an hour, including oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. The waiting area is very nice with complementary water, coffee, and popcorn.Special thanks to the service clerk Tiffany, she was very helpful in getting my vehicle serviced.

Subaru of Ontario treated us very well, Rocky gave us all the information on buying the car and he was patient and took his time to make sure we understood everything, he showed us all the vehicles they had in stock, we couldn't have had a better dealer agent, I would definitely recommend to anyone that is thinking in buying a new car to go see Rocky, he is the best!! We are very happy with his service and everything he did to get us to leave in our brand new Subaru Forester. Thank you Rocky! You rock!
