Vince was nothing but helpful while we shopped around for our new Outback. He responded to every email about the car and made every effort to beat out other competitors on price and incentives. Michael in the finance department was informative and clear on extra warranties but never made us feel like he was pressuring us into anything that wouldn't otherwise benefit us. Highly recommend.

The staff is great, very helpful. But the reservation desk is not very helpful. I did not like dealing with that part of it. They were rude
