Subaru of Ontario is the best dealership around. The sales staff and management were always courteous and promptly replied to my requests and questions. My sales Rep.(David You ) was very informative, friendly, not pushy, andvery knowledgeable on all the Subaru models including the(Crosstrek) vehicle. He gave us the best possible price around. Prices at Ontario Subaru are the lowest. I give (David You) my highest Kudos and hopefully his management team gives him the same. Thank you again. See ya all for my next car...
Service was good but there were challenges getting the appointment. I went through "chat-help" to set appointment. System was down and I was asked for my contact phone to call me back. Never got the call-back..
They have been servicing our cars since 2013 and continue to do a great job. They are extremely professional, timely and fair. We now have a 2018 Outback which we love. Thanks to Sal and his team for a job well done.
Phenomenal customer service!! The best car buying experience I've had to date. If you are even considering the purchase of a new vehicle, I'd highly recommend giving them a try. I even had my 18-month old with me and everyone was extremely understanding and accommodating. A+ staff to include the General Manager!!
