I brought my Crosstrek in this morning, no appointment, for an oil change and recall. After reading a ton of negative reviews last night I was prepared to spend the day. I was in and out in about an hour.Every single person was polite and on top of things.

The service department was very efficient and nice. They stay open till 7 at night which is great. The customer waiting area is nice.

We have leased four vehicles from different Subaru dealers. The dealership in Ontario was our best experience Hugh shout out to Brian for his excellent work.

Friendly people, but too long to talk to service manager. Biggest problem is 3rd time in for back lift gate not opening. This is a problem with other 2019 Forester owners. This needs to be FIXED! They cannot guarantee that this will not happen again.
