Bought a top of the line 2020 Forester Touring at this dealership - after walking out of the Puente Hills dealer who was seriously trying to rip me off (don't go to Puente Hills for any reason - DISHONEST). I called Ontario Subaru, explained what happened in Puente Hills, told them what I wanted, asked for a fair bottom line price. Which they happily provided me via email. Made an appointment to come an purchase the car. They did what they said they would do. No fooling around. I was in and out in just under 90 minutes start to finish. Beautiful new car. Terrifc dealership.

I recently purchased my 2020 Subaru Outback in February. I began speaking with Dan Gressman at the end of last year, which I was immediately surprised he did not push the sale on me then when I was just starting my car search, he gave me time and space. I reached back out to him after doing some research of what I wanted, and how much I would like to pay, and again definitely happy with Dan's overall communication and openness. My immediate family is a Toyota family, it's what we are familiar with. After my conversations with my extended family and friends who are Subaru owners, and talking with Dan, I was much more comfortable with my choice. My choice with purchasing from Subaru of Ontario overall came down to location, and my overall experience with Dan. I am loving my Outback! Thanks Dan for your patience and input of knowledge throughout the purchase.

We were looking for a specific car. I was very set on the features, color and interior. Adrain in sales helped us find my dream car! We did most of the work over the phone and just came to sign papers and pick up! It was a super easy process and I am very happy with our purchase!

I never expected to be a Subaru owner but wow, so glad I decided to go with one!! I purchased a 2020 Crosstrek from Subaru of Ontario and I couldn't be happier! It's been many years since I walked on to a car lot and to my surprise, I wasn't immediately "pounced on" by a hungry car salesman. We had ample time to check out a few different models before salesman Marc Contreras greeted us. He was kind and respectful of our space (the whole Covid-19 thing) and was there mostly answering our questions. He then asked if we wanted to sit inside the vehicle which led to more questions then the test drive! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and even better, the manufacture! After awhile we went inside and sat down to discuss numbers. I had already been pre-approved by my credit union but the discounts and the rate offered to us by his boss Chuck were so much better and too good to pass up! In fact, we didn't sign anything that day and Chuck called me the next morning with an even lower rate so we went back and sealed the deal! Lisa in the finance dept. was quite helpful and had some good insight to share. Overall, my car buying experience at this dealership was awesome and I totally recommend them to everyone, especially Marc!! And I LOVE my Subaru Crosstrek!! Thanks guys!!
