I loved the low pressure during the sale. I felt the salesman listened to my needs, and helped me find just the car I wanted. When I wanted to look at other dealerships, there was no pressure to buy at that moment, instead, he handed me his card and said to call if I needed more information. After trying a couple of other cars, it was clear that Subaru of Ontario was the place to go. I continue to get this same friendly service when I bring my car in for routine maintenance. I highly recommend Subaru of Ontario.Update: I brought my car in for service this morning, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Marrissa greeted me as soon as I arrived, and when I said I planned to wait, she suggested I head to the waiting room, and she would bring the paperwork to me. She said the work shouldn't take more than an hour, and 40 minutes later, she came back to tell me everything was done. She was pleasant, and very helpful. Great customer service and I continue to be impressed by this dealership. It is nice that the friendly experience continues well beyond the purchase of the car.
