I am a 70 yr old senior citizen. Over the last 40 yrs or so have purchased several new cars . As a result have had contact with shall we say a number and variety of service writers and results . Customer service and appreciation has returned . 3-30-2017 took my wife's 2016 in to Ontario Subaru for a scheduled appointment. I was immediately greeted by a friendly service advisor. We reviewed what needed to be done. I had a question about the bill and was told before final payment all questions would be answered. Not only was I treated with respect and appreciation, but all my questions were answered to my satisfaction, and one other small issue I did not mention when I made the appointment was immediately resolved.It is nice to see customer service and customer appreciation are both still practiced.
This is the second time I have leased at Subaru Ontario. Cherly Sauer helped us out both times. She is the best. Absolutely NO usual sales pressure whatsoever, very straightforward, provided all the information/advice that we needed and got us the best deal both times. Javier in finance was pretty cool as well.

All the staff there is pretty much friendly, the person that helped me and sold me the car was Zang. Super nice and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and he was very patient of all of the questions I had. Probably going to come back and trade in my 2013 highlander for another Subaru. By the way, I purchased the 2017 Impreza, that car is awesome!!
