Easiest car transaction I have ever experienced!
I worked with Diana in the internet sales office. She was easy to work with, no pressure. Got all the paperwork done but unfortunately there was a fuse problem with the car I had chosen, and it was not an instant fix. Another car of the exact same make and model was coming in the next day, so Diana had all of the paperwork redone with the new VIN number, and brought the car and the revised paperwork to my home to be signed! It was a let down to leave the first day without my new car but Diana went to great lengths to get the situation resolved.
Stopped in to arrange new windshield, because its a new Forester, with Rick and crack, and I want everything just right, using Subaru parts, only.Awaiting arrival windshield and molding, so I can schedule install.Service personnel very helpful, and friendly.I work out of town, so I'm using Subaru of Ontario, because it's more convenient.
Everything was great about service. Only negative is the forgot to call when my car was finished.
Friendly, low key approach to sales. They wanted to make sure I found the right car for my needs (I did) and they worked with me to make it happen.
