Diana Luce, our salesperson, was extremely knowledge about the attributes of the Forester, which we subsequently bought, and thoughtful and supportive about our financial considerations. Financing was handled quickly, and the offer made to us was sound and reasonable. We also realized that Suburu of Ontario was in the best position to provide the kind of follow-on service we will need.
