Made appt for airbag replacement. Waited almost 1/2 hour in line past appt time before service rep was able to process car. (Apparently very busy day). Was told they may not have airbag, even though I made appt several days in advance of bringing car in, but they were able to locate 1 left that would fit my vehicle. Was told would take 2-3 hours to replace it, so they gave me a ride home (nice!). 5 hours later wondering why I still didn't have my car. Called dealership several times, and got automated message to leave VM for service dept. which I did. (no real person answered, and calls never returned.) 3rd call (6 hours after dropping it off) finally got a real person and was told if my car was done, they would have called me. Shortly thereafter, service rep called and said car was done.Pros: did offer rental car if they didn't have airbag available, shuttle service is nice otherwise I would have wasted a whole day at the dealership. Service rep was friendly.Cons: calls not returned, no real person to answer phone for first 2 calls, took way longer than expected (and promised) to get my car back.
