I've had a great experience with Subaru of Ontario. I purchased my 2017 Subaru Forester XT Touring back in August 2016 and have brought in the vehicle for two oil change services since owning the car. They were very straight forward and offered great communication in the purchasing process. I haven't had any issues when bringing in the Forester for service.
