We've had generally good experiences with the service department over the past 10 years, especially in recent years. Very satisfied. Recently "Issy" helped us and the routine service went just fine. I also have to give a high five to CLAY who alerted us to a problem that we never would have known about otherwise. It was outside the normal car service issues (rather not go into details) but it was VERY much appreciated. So thanks, Clay. We looked into it and are having it taken care of before it could have gotten MUCH worse.
