Starting 2021 with a purchase from Subaru of Ontario made my January and Birthday Awesome! Especially, after a chaotic hiatus of a car breaking down..Process started online through Capital One Auto and Subaru of Ontario's own website and literally within a few hours, car was delivered. Adrian Diaz from start to finish made the whole process seamlessly smooth. He was consistent with communication, processing paperwork, and updating about everything. Having a child with special needs and lots of energy had made it difficult for me to get there, but they were quite accommodating, by delivering in person safely. The pictures I saw online don't do the condition and beauty of the car justice. It was clean, in excellent condition, and drives beautifully!We dropped Adrian back at the physical location and met more of the Subaru of Ontario's team. They were so hospitable, helpful, and informative. The lot has a great selection of new and used quality cars for sure, not only Subarus. I highly recommend Subaru of Ontario for friendly and consistent customer service and professionalism, without pushiness.
