Worked with Francisco for my mom. Francisco was open, honest, and great at making the deal work for all of us. My mom was able to find what she wanted and needed in a vehicle. Francisco was great at presenting all of the pros and cons of the models my mom was considering, to help her decide and walked her through all the vehicle features and to be patient and flexible with us when determining what type of financing would be best for us. Francisco was ABSOLUTELY helpful at exploring all options and incentives for financing and was willing to work with us in identifying what was best for us. Francisco's transparency has been among the best we have worked with in vehicle purchasing. We were told that a contract writer had called out which delayed the contract signing process, but that was not Francisco's fault. Overall, 5 stars for Francisco and 4 stars for the rest of the process. Would have given the dealership 5 stars if it didn't take about 2 hours of waiting for that part. This dealership is also one of the best priced for services. I'm willing to drive the extra miles past the other in SB for quality of customer service and cost savings.
