Very courteous service staff. They were quick to get my car into the service bay while I was waiting. Alan, the technician, also came into the waiting room twice to discuss with me about the issues and the solutions to make sure I was happy with the way he was going to address the issues. He was also very courteous and accommodating. Subaru of Ontario is a good place to have your Subie serviced.Update:The services of the Service Department deteriorated tremendously after my previous visit. Therefore, I went to the Riverside dealership to have my Subie serviced.A few weeks ago, I went back to the Ontario dealership again for an urgent battery issue because it was closer to my home. I found out that the dealership has since had a new service team. The two ladies in charge of the department were very courteous and accommodating. They squeezed me in and replaced the battery even though I had no appointment. They also kept me informed of the progress while I was waiting. I like the dealership of Subaru of Ontario again will return for future service.
