They got the job done. I have a 2015 Outback which has been leaking transmission fluid since I purchased it new in 2015. It was a very slow drip and another dealer told me several times that there was no leak.Finally decided to take it back to the dealer where I purchased the car. At the first appointment they thought they had found the problem but unfortunately it kept dripping.I took it back and left it. They spent hours on it and finally found a hairline crack in the transmission case.It was frustrating for them and for me but I am so grateful that they finally found the leak.I have a new transmission and a clean garage floor.Thank you service crew for all of your hard work. An especial shout out to Matt who kept me informed throughout the week and had the job finished on time as promised.These guys and gals are the best.
