Overall we really like this dealership. We have bought two new Subaru vehicles in the past 3 years here. The first time was better than the more recent purchasing experience.The test-drives were easy to arrange, options easy to understand, hardly any hidden fees and they were pretty upfront about the available plans. Minor annoyance was pushing a color we were not too crazy about. I was led to believe a color was available on a dealer-to-dealer swap but received no information about it. Upon coming in, the color we spoke about was not available and instead we got $500 off the color we weren't originally interested in.Other than that, the service on our vehicles we receive here are good.
