I just picked up my new beautiful sepia bronze Forester this past weekend. Not only am I super happy with my car but also with my online purchasing experience. During my online searching a couple months ago, I came in contact with Diana Luce. Although I had read the best deals are to be found online, I wasn't sure how I felt about not actually being physically at a dealership and meeting someone face to face. My doubts disappeared when I began talking to Diana. I felt very comfortable with her candor and relaxed nature. She was absolutely there to help me get the car I wanted at the best price - which meant having to order it. During the ordering process she was great at calling and emailing to keep me updated on the status of my car. It was a very smooth and stress free purchase. Thank you Diana and Subaru of Ontario!
