My husband and I purchased 2 new (2018) cars a week ago. I loved that they had a good inventory for us to choose from and that they are NOT high pressure sales. Our initial contact was Bryan Johnson who gave us the best deals! We checked all the dealers in our area, LA County, and only Ontario had two cars that we wanted to purchase.Bryan Johnson was super efficient, knowledgeable, nice, personable, with a good sense of humor during the purchase process which isn't a short period of time.. Test drive, two sets of paperwork, and two people to show around the cars. And we both LOVE our Subaru Imprezas!Michael Cardona did an impeccable job of creating two sets of accurate financial paperwork and created a great system to make our use of time very efficient.All in all - it was 2 hours to Ontario, 1 1/2 hours home, and 4 hours at Subaru of Ontario.
