Subaru of Ontario Review By K And

This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Subaru Ontario. First off I would have given a 5 stars, but I waited 3 days to be contacted back with an "internet price" after calling multiple times, leaving messages and sending emails, and finally speaking to someone to never have my call returned. The car they had was a forester "black edition" which Is hard to come by, so I didn't really have a choice besides driving a few hours to get what I was looking for. I finally drove down to the dealership and took matters into my own hands. I will say I was pretty upset when I walked into the dealership. I was greeted by Rocky who listened to my frustrations and helped to smoothe everything out. Because of Rocky, I had a 5 star experience. He was very patient and apologetic at what I had been through. I would recommend anybody to go see Rocky if you want an easier car buying experience. Side note: I would give zero stars to the internet sales lack of responsiveness to a customer for 3 days and the other salesman (I won't mention any names) who neglected to follow up with me after he told me he would call me back. In the future I will return to this dealership but only if Rocky is my guy.
