Just had an amazing experience leasing a 2018 Crosstrek with Bryan M. After a disheartening morning bouncing around the different dealerships along the Ontario stretch, I was so beat-up and let-down from slimy asshats and their inappropriate comments - I just needed a break. I was in the market for a more luxury-make vehicle, a sedan, but I am a long-time Subie girl and I just wanted to see what we could do. Bryan was like getting handed an ice-cold Gatorade in the middle of Joshua Tree in August. He was normal, chill vibe, encouraging but not overbearing, super respectful and constructive in his assistance. At a certain point, my partner looked at me and said "oh, we've gotta give this guy the sale." And I wholeheartedly agreed. I ended up leaving the lot in a brand-new car with more safety features and cool extras than I ever expected, and I softly cried the entire drive home, so overwhelmed by the positive experience I had at the dealership and gratitude I felt to be in such a safe, cool car for such an affordable price. i've already recommended Bryan to a number of family members and coworkers; I hope that he finds success at that dealership, because I genuinely can't imagine *not* getting my next Subaru with him.
