I purchased a 2013 Outback from Subaru of Ontario. I started by emailing an offer on a particular car. I was greeted with an email from Cheryl. She sent the price that they would take, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was extremely competitive, and there was absolutely no hagggling or any back and forth nonsense. I ran her price by a friend who works in the industry, and he thought it was too good to be true. Most importantly, Cheryl was very nice with a zero pressure/salesperson technique, which I loved. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. After having a struggle trying to get back out to Ontario to get the car, she volunteered to deliver the car to me 55 miles away.
