Prompt friendly service with Marvin, the service writer. First experience with service department, as this is a new vehicle in for our first oil change. Tires rotated and vehicle washed in about an hour, maybe less. We will be back in the future. Side note, this is not the dealer we purchased from but treated well regardless.
