Sincerely cannot express how easy & surprisingly enjoyable it was to purchase a car from Subaru of Ontario. Our internet sales manager, Brittainie Burner, was the leading reason why. I farmed out emails to approximately 15 dealerships from the Desert to San Diego. We were looking for not only the best deals but just an overall great buying experience. She came through & performed head & shoulders above the rest. She was particularly impressive with her level of detail & the fact that she actually addressed all of our questions and concerns throughout the process. I'm easily discouraged by the transactional nature that a buying experience can bring. After a few back & forths w/ her, I genuinely felt like she was a friend working in a dealership & I felt like we were in good hands. Another huge factor was that she was very patient. We never felt rushed, instead we got very detailed, to the point responses all within a very timely manner (we took our time and much of our buying process was conducted through email as it was important to us that we understood every aspect of buying a new car & didn't want to be nor feel rushed, thus making a poor buying decision). There were times I needed to be assured that she was truly going to bat for us, there were times some tough questions needed to be addressed, she was the consummate professional from beginning to close. We wanted someone we can trust, we wanted someone that would go to bat for us as if she was working on behalf of a friend, doing the actual work, we wanted attentiveness, we wanted someone that was knowledgeable & we wanted someone we'd be happy to give our business to....Brittanie came through for us on all fronts. ****we did all the closing paperwork w/ their finance specialist Michael. I was originally nervous that being passed off to another person to complete the process would fall short of what we've experienced up to that point but can happily say he was equally as professionally & seemingly a genuine good person, where we felt like we made the best decision we could make given such a daunting process of buying a new car.
