I just recently had service to my Forester again due to my sales agent, Rocky Gutierrez. He has consistently followed up with me with reminders of "service due". I really appreciate this as with my busy schedule I sometimes forget. He not only did a super job with the purchase, he continues to show accountability with these friendly reminders.
