This is a service dept. Review- I am a new Subaru owner looking for a place to call home for servicing. I made an appointment online for a Friday at 11am. I arrived at 10:50am and was greeted quickly and asked to come inside for a drink. I explained I am a new owner and I take pride in my car. I was assured by Kim the service writer that they strive for excellence. I was introduced to the mechanic working on my car and was allowed to observe the 7,500 mile service being done. Jerry the tech was amazing and handled my car with respect and care, as well double checking his work. At the end I was so taken back with customer service and pride in their work! And to top it off I was out of there by 11:45am! Couldn't of asked for a better experience for me or my STI- Future long time customer of Ontario Subaru...
