First time car buyer. I went in alone to this dealership to look at a used car. I called ahead to see if the car was available which I highly suggest. As soon as I got to the lot everyone was very polite. A lot of smiles. And I got paid attention to right away. Diana was my sales associate. And she was so comforting and super helpful with making me feel comfortable. As soon as I realized she was just there to help me my whole view about car buying changed. I always was told don't let salesman talk you into this or that. But going in I was very informed with what I wanted to buy and what I could afford. Which is also something I highly recommend you do research on before you go to a dealership. Diana made it easy and fun buying it. She helped me get the prices I want. And even though the other staff was all so helpful. I really enjoyed my car buying experience here. I came in at 6 and left at 7:45. But the whole time flew by I didn't feel pressured and I didn't leave feeling taken advantage of. I left super happy with the dealership. The finance guy I dealt with was chuck. And that's where all my red flags went up. All these opinions tell potential car buyers beware etc. etc. Chuck honestly was so nice. He didn't pressure me to sign papers I didn't want. He was very clear about the rewards program they have at the dealership and he was very light hearted. He made great conversation and he put me at ease.I can't recommend this dealership enough. They made me feel at ease. Thank you so much Diana and chuck. You guys were so amazing.
